Orders & Payments
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change to your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before the order enters processing or fulfillment, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping information. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, address changes may no longer be possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown securely at checkout. Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct.
Shipping & Delivery
Where does REF!NED ship?
REF!NED ships throughout Canada and the United States, with additional destinations available where supported at checkout. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated during checkout based on your location and order.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Processing time can vary depending on the products in your order, current order volume and whether an item is in stock or available for pre-order. Any special fulfillment information will be noted on the applicable product page.
How do I track my order?
Once tracking is available, you’ll receive shipment information by email. You can use the tracking link provided to follow the shipment with the applicable carrier.
My tracking says delivered, but I don’t have my package. What should I do?
First, check around the delivery location and with anyone else at the address who may have accepted the package. Carriers may occasionally mark shipments as delivered shortly before they physically arrive. If the package still cannot be located, contact the carrier and then reach out to us with your order number so we can help determine the next step.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return or exchange policy?
Return and exchange eligibility depends on the item and its condition. Please review our Delivery & Returns page for the current policy, requirements and instructions before sending anything back.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.
Sizing & Apparel
How do REF!NED T-shirts fit?
Our standard graphic T-shirts have a classic fit and generally fit true to size. If you prefer a more relaxed or oversized fit, consider sizing up. Check the product page and size information before ordering, as fit can vary between certain garments.
Where can I find sizing information?
Sizing information is available through our size guide and, where applicable, directly on the individual product page. We recommend checking the measurements before ordering rather than relying only on the size you normally wear.
How should I care for printed apparel?
For the best long-term results, follow the care instructions included with the garment. In general, washing printed apparel inside out in cold water and avoiding excessive heat can help preserve the garment and printed design.

Are REF!NED designs original?
REF!NED develops automotive-inspired apparel, stickers and accessories around JDM, Euro, American muscle and modern performance car culture. Product artwork and details vary by collection and are shown on each individual product page.
What does pre-order mean?
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is ready for immediate shipment. Estimated fulfillment information will be provided on the product page when an item is sold as a pre-order. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, fulfillment timing may be affected.
Will sold-out products be restocked?
Some products may be restocked while others may be limited to a particular collection or production run. Restock information is announced through the website and REF!NED social channels when available.

Upcoming appearances are listed on our Events page with available dates, locations and event information. Past events may also include photos and recaps after the show.
